TERMS
Jewelry is only sent or delivered after full payment for the goods.
Only jewelry with no signs of wear, clean and intact will be exchanged, within 30 days of receipt of the jewelry.
The brand does not provide refunds. If the customer does not wish to make a new choice, a voucher for the amount of the jewelry exchanged will be issued to the customer. This voucher has an unlimited duration and is valid on our site, as in our store.
Shipping will be free from 300 chf of purchase on our site.
GUARANTEES
Each LYC piece of jewelry is guaranteed for one year.
The warranty applies to all defective welds, chains or clasps.
The tackle is only guaranteed for the first month. Following this, it will be considered a defect of use.
All LYC silver jewelry undergoes a surface treatment such as plating or rhodium plating.
They should therefore not be exposed to aggressive products such as soap, alcohol, chlorine, perfume or hairspray.
Deterioration of the plating due to misuse is not covered by the brand.
Any changes in size or adaptation of silver jewelry are made free of charge by the brand.
For gold jewelry, a supplement is requested in the event of added material.
the various modifications must be requested within 30 days following purchase.
Shipping costs are only covered by the brand during the first year of warranty.
Any other shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Improper use does not give rise to any warranty.
After-sales service
Defective jewelry is no longer under warranty and can always be repaired in our workshop.
Jewelry can be dropped off or sent.
Repair costs as well as shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For each repair, a quote will be communicated to the customer.
The repair will only be carried out after written confirmation from the customer.
The plating can be reapplied, but at the customer's expense.
Black oxidized jewelry can be blackened again free of charge.
Any size modifications or adaptation of silver jewelry can be requested from our workshop. After 30 days following purchase, modifications are the responsibility of the customer.
For gold jewelry, a supplement is requested in the event of added material.
Missing or lost parts can also be requested from the brand.
